The Client
National long-term care operator with 56 locations across five states in the West Coast and Midwest
The Challenge
The client was using a combination of Xerox, Canon, Konica Minolta, and Ricoh with over five different leasing companies and getting separate usage invoices from all of these companies.
The Solution
Over a three-year period, we replaced over 170 devices with HP hardware on the MPS program. The client now saves over $225,000 per year compared to prior spend. The client named us as an agent. Therefore, we handle the hard drive data wipes of old devices and schedule the pickups of the old devices once they provide us with the return authorization. We provide the client with a quarterly business review to observe usage trends, service call statistics, and an update on cost savings.
